CA, CRI and CST Series

The water cooler condensers consist in equipment, which are applicable to cooling systems and air conditioning systems in order to reject the evaporator system acquired heat.

Manufacturing

Based in the principle of shell and tube manufacturing, with removable covers to the tubes accessing.

Shell

It is manufactured in carbon steel plate with a longitudinal sewing, electrically welded by a submerse arc process.

Tube sheet

Manufactured in carbon steel plates machined in CNC operating machines, assuring the quality of the final product.

Tubular Bundle

Manufactured in copper with integral fins of high thermodynamic efficiency.

Covers

Manufactured in cast iron or carbon steel, they assure the cooling water distribution through several passes at an ideal speed for a good heat exchanging.

Tests

All condensers are pneumatically tested with dry air at 20 bar on the shell and 6.0 bar in the tubes. Sampling hydrostatic tests are carried out with a pressure at 30 bar on the shell.
