Wet Spray Line ®

During periods of the day, in higher ambient temperature conditions, a set of spraying nozzles is driven, alternating to humid bulb operations. A spray is formed in front of the radiator, where the fans capture the air. As a result, the air is impregnated with humidity, providing its temperature decreasing. Besides, the water left contacts the radiator heat exchange surfaces and, per evaporation, dissipates another part of the heat. That decreases the water temperature, which circulates inside the tubes bundles, increasing the equipment performance.

The following composes the resource:

  • Feeding set: High efficient spraying nozzles fitted in the distribution tubes;
  • Controlling set: pressure regulating valve, solenoid, magnetic conditioner and filter;
  • Pressurization Set: with a motto-pump and a reservoir (optional, when the nozzles set feeding does not reach a pressure of 3 kgf/cm²).
