From an electronic supervisor device, which shall be fitted far from
the other components of the HYDRO–COOLER SYSTEM®, all the operation
conditions are monitored through a “friendly” operator/machine interface,
providing the running starting and shutting-down at that same point.
Several monitoring options (tank fluid level, returning temperature,
etc.) shall be connected to the supervisor device.
Operation in Automatic Mode (Electronic)
In normal operation conditions, the controlling is executed through
microprocessors used for:
- Controlling the running conditions of the pump (s);
- Managing the level of fans party;
- Controlling the sensors conditions;
- Managing the spraying resources;
- Displaying the temperature and pressure values;
- Indicating the running conditions in real time;
- Changing parameters of running and indicating corrective actions
when in abnormal running conditions;
- Driving abnormal running condition signaliser.
Manual Mode Operation (Electromechanically)
In case of electronic failure, a commuter, which is fitted in the supervisor
electric panel, provides the microprocessor suspension extinction, avoiding
the processes and production machines shutdown.
During the MANUAL mode operation, all the fans and pump(s) are driven.
The fitted device runs without temperature controlling (part of the
fans, in order to keep the cooling fluids temperature under a desired
value, is not available anymore). Under this mode, the controlling is
exclusively electro-mechanical.
