APEMA was founded in 1964, in the Santo Amaro neighborhood, in São Paulo, and its initial purpose was manufacturing parts for Industrial Refrigeration. Then in 1968, it initiated a process specializing in heat exchangers and, due to its recognized competence, professionalism, and enthusiasm, as well as excellent market receptivity of its products, soon afterwards, it needed to expand its installations in order to carry on its manufacturing activities.
Thus, in 1976, it concluded its new industrial park, in the city of São Bernardo do Campo – SP., with a constructed area of around 10,000m².
APEMA nowadays is a reference in heat exchange equipment, designing and producing the most diverse types of heat exchangers. Our standard manufactured equipment is utilized by machine manufacturers, hydraulic and industrial refrigeration units, and ranging to our special order equipment utilized in the Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries, Off Shore, Food Industries, Steel Making Plants, Hydrogenation, Paper and Cellulose Industries, and many others.
